This service provides a client a mentor to teach best practices in its use of an acquired improvement methodology or a BPM technology. It can supply an expert that has received a specific certification such as TQM, Lean, Six Sigma, or Rummler-Brache or someone expertly skilled in the use of a variety of modeling and analytical tools.
This service helps a client that has established its own BPM capability and wants an expert to audit its deliverables. Examples of deliverables include process models, process improvement project plans, change management plans, and use of process improvement methods and analytical tools. The audit can be conducted in two delivery methods: 1) on site for two weeks, or 2) monthly through a remote, virtual half-day or full-day meeting.
