Tom has 43 years of experience in Information Technology, which includes 25 years experience in BPM professional services, BPMS software product development and marketing, channel development and expansion, and direct and OEM sales. Tom spent 10 of those 25 years as an industry analyst with Aberdeen Group and Yankee Group following all middleware technologies and methodologies including BPM.
He was an original co-founder of the Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC). He was a co-founder and general manager of a new software venture at Xerox that developed and marketed a business process management product that became one of the first BPMS products in 1992. Mr. Dwyer has held senior management positions in marketing and engineering at Wang Laboratories and Prime Computer and has developed and launched more than 10 software products.

In the past 15 years, he has held several leadership positions with leading software vendors that provide a Business Process Management Suite. His roles have spanned from Senior Director of Product Marketing/Management to running regional and international Sales Teams. With his efforts and leadership, he has enabled fortune 100 companies to leverage BPMS software to establish business transformation and recognize ROI from their BPM investments within the first 6-9 months.
Michael has experience in leading several BPM projects/programs for organizations in FSI (CSFB, GreenPoint Mortgage), Government (Department of Justice), and Energy & Utilities (Enmax and Pemex).
